We will never sell your personal information. Neither do we present you to a client without first telling you about the opportunity and obtaining your explicit consent.

We stay in touch
Recruitment should not start from scratch every time an interesting opportunity arises.
We keep in touch with people in our candidate database to understand how their situation, interests and plans develop over time. This helps us approach you with opportunities that are genuinely relevant to you.
You will also receive access to your personal candidate portal, where you can review and update your information and let us know if your situation changes.
How to join
Joining our candidate database is simple.
- Register: visit reg.guided.fi to begin your registration.
- Upload your CV: in most cases, uploading your CV is all you need to do. Our system will use it to complete your profile. If some required information cannot be identified from your CV, you may be asked to add it manually.
- Access your candidate portal: once we have received your registration, we will send your login details and instructions for using the candidate portal by email.
When we contact you
about an opportunity
We want you to have enough information to decide whether a role is worth exploring.
We explain the opportunity and the organization, answer your initial questions, and then discuss your experience, motivation, availability, and interest. If both you and the client wish to continue, the client will invite you to the next stage.
We keep you informed about the progress and always
let you know if you are not selected to continue.
