Information is obtained directly from individuals as well as from professional and publicly available sources, such as LinkedIn and company websites.

Why do we process personal data?

We process personal data to:

  • identify and contact potential candidates
  • carry out recruitment and executive search assignments
  • conduct an initial assessment of a candidate's suitability and interest
  • communicate with candidates and clients
  • maintain our candidate network with the individual's consent.

The identification and initial contact of potential candidates are based on Guided Signals' legitimate interest in providing recruitment and executive search services.

We do not present or disclose a candidate's personal information to a client without the candidate's consent.

How long do we retain personal data?

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Information relating to a specific assignment is deleted when there is no longer a valid reason to retain it. If an individual consents to having their information retained for future opportunities, the information may be stored in our candidate network until the individual withdraws their consent or the information is no longer relevant.
